Physical Uses: Itchy skin, dandruff, rash, fungus, cracked feet & hands, nail care, dry skin, athlete’s foot, insect bites, nausea, scars, natural deodorant, strengthens hair, .

Mental/Emotional Uses: Grounding, stress, tension, worry, connection to the earth, enhances mood.

Other Uses: Meditation, insect repellent, perfummery fixative, aphrodisiac
